The Ground Flint Hill Was Named For
Flint Hill was founded in 1838 a couple of miles north of Wentzville off Route P, named by its first settlers after their old home in Rappahannock County, Virginia. What hasn't changed is that every yard here sits a little differently. Slope, grade, and how water leaves the property vary from one address to the next, so we survey each lot before we design anything rather than working from an average.
Once we know what your yard is doing, we put the design decisions in writing, set a build schedule you've signed off on, and keep you in the loop the whole way instead of going quiet until there's a problem.
