St. Charles is one of the oldest cities in Missouri, settled around 1769 along the Missouri River, more than 80 years before Wentzville or O'Fallon existed. That history shows up in the yards. Both are part of our regular work here. Before we design anything, we run our own site survey rather than assume an older lot will behave the same way a newer one does.
